After explaining us the issue, we can either guide you or remotely take control of your computer in order to solve the problem. We charge 25€ (excl. taxes) per issue. If we can't fix the issue, you won't be charged! | You don't feel comfortable over the phone or need a more personalized service? Feel free to call us and we come to your premises at your convenience. We charge 50€ (excl. taxes) + 32,5€ (excl. taxes) per 1/2 hour. Again, if we can't fix the issue, you won't be charged! | |
